2023: A Year in Review

No. This post is not going to go back and discuss things that happened in the past year. This is more about me musing over what I got right, what I got wrong, and what may still be to come. The latter will actually be in the next post about 2024. And I’ll throw in some rants just for fun. Let’s go!

If you’ve followed me on facebook, you may know about the many changes I’ve had to make this past year. I’ve had to change shifts, learn a new machine, do several home fixer-upper projects, have more travels than usual, and we had a death in the family. All of this has put me behind on many things. I’m not complaining. (I have to say this because someone always accuses me of complaining too much. Ha.) I’m just saying that I’ve had to let the blogs go for a while. The last post on the death of education was supposed to have a sequel that I barely got started. So, it is still upcoming. But enough of that. What about 2023?

By 2018, it was clear that the hatred of Donald Trump coming from the Left was dividing this country. We were on the verge of another civil war. My eschatological view is that the return of the Messiah will happen by 2030. I am not a prophet, so I am not stating this as fact. I’m just reading the times. I reserve the right to be wrong. Back up seven years from there, and that leaves you with 2023. I don’t see the USA in any end-time scenarios, so a civil war could be what keeps us out of the picture when Israel defends herself from the nations that will attack her. For that reason, I predicted 2023 as the year of wars and rumors of wars. Was I right?

The invasion of Ukraine by Russia was in February 2022. That was way before 2023, but it is a conflict that is still going on. The Hamas attack on Israel was in October this year. That was not on my radar. I predicted a civil war or a terrorist attack in the US first before war came to Israel. So, I was partially correct. It has been said that China wants the US involved in five wars to weaken us. As you know, the USA is financially supporting Ukraine in that war, and there are many in Congress along with the White House that will support Israel. I’m not sure if they have actually sent money to Israel or not as of yet. But that is two wars with which we are involved. We’ll talk about the possibility of the other three wars in the next post.

I think we can all agree that we didn’t see a Biden presidency as a thing. But, I had made some predictions about Biden during 2020. If Biden won, I predicted that inflation would be a big problem that would then cause more unemployment. That in turn would mean the call for more welfare, which would cause another round of inflation. By 2023, all of this has come true. And it is by design. Those of us in the know realize that Biden is owned by China and is doing everything to benefit the enemies of America and destroy us from within. The UN wants to set up the One World Government and Israel and the USA are the two biggest holdouts. So, all of the predictions about a Biden administration and his policies have come true by 2023, but there is so much more to predict about 2024. Especially from an end-times point of view.
